Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic territory sales plan to achieve quarterly and annual recurring revenue (ARR) targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within their assigned North America territory.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns and generate leads.
  • Develop and nurture sustained sales cadence and outreach campaigns
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Present and demonstrate cybersecurity solutions to potential clients, effectively communicating their value and benefits.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, influential cyber security decision makers, C-suite executives, IT leaders, and procurement teams.
  • Act as a product evangelist, promoting the company’s mission and offerings at industry events, webinars, and through thought leadership content.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring a smooth handoff to the implementation team.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging cybersecurity threats, and use this knowledge to advocate for our products.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on cybersecurity solutions or technology sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, products, and services.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Deliver results while working independently and remote.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools. (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, Navigator etc.)
