We seek a Director Product Marketing Manager to lead our products' go-to-market strategy across multiple segments and industries, including all market analysis, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market content. This role is pivotal in driving product launch and adoption, market differentiation, and revenue growth. You will work closely with product management, sales, and customer success teams to develop compelling narratives, enable sales teams, and support the development and execution of high-impact marketing campaigns.

Description
Key Responsibilities
Go-to-Market Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for existing and new products across launches and feature releases to increase market share by acquiring and expanding existing customers.
- Expand into new markets to support growth goals, including new industries and segments.
- Define and refine product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences and differentiates us from competitors.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer insights to inform strategy and decision-making.
Sales Enablement & Training:
- Create and maintain sales enablement materials for sellers and external partners, including pitch decks, battle cards, competitive positioning, FAQs, and value propositions.
- Partner with sales teams to deliver training sessions and ensure product positioning and messaging alignment.
- Gather feedback from sales teams to improve product marketing collateral and messaging continuously.
Content & Campaign Development:
- Collaborate to develop compelling marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand, including theme ideation and content development (whitepapers, case studies, and webinars).
- Develop thought leadership content, including presentations supporting speaking opportunities, POVs on new and emerging technologies, and partnering with 3rd party organizations (such as ISAOs & Analysts) to create 1st party research and perspective.
- Oversee the creation of product-related content for website pages, email marketing, and promotional product offerings (trials, freemiums, pricing packages)
Customer & Market Insights:
- Engage with customers through interviews and surveys to understand pain points, use cases, and success stories.
- Create buyer personas inclusive of pain points, concerns, buying centers, influences, preferred channels ,and modes of communication.
- Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Leverage data to measure campaign performance, identify insights, and optimize marketing strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with product management to influence product roadmap decisions based on customer and market insights.
- Collaborate with demand-generation teams to ensure alignment between product messaging and lead-generation strategies.
- Support customer success teams in driving customer retention, upsell, and advocacy programs.
Qualifications & Experience
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS Security, technology, or a related industry.
- Proven success in launching marketing service offerings with measurable results.
- Strong ability to craft compelling messaging and positioning for different customer personas.
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, product, demand generation, and customer success teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple, impactful messaging.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools to measure success and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and HubSpot.
- Proven capability to leverage AI platforms (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude) as a force multiplier to deliver high-quality work.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA or equivalent experience in marketing, business, or a related field.
- Experience in marketing to commercial and enterprise organizations
- Understanding of key decision-makers and influencers, including cybersecurity, fraud, legal, and marketing buyers.
- Strong competitive intelligence and pricing strategy.
- Familiarity with product-led growth (PLG) strategies.
