We’re looking for a full-time Director of Partner Sales to build, scale, and lead Allure’s partner-led revenue motion. This role is responsible for recruiting and developing strategic partners, driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue, and driving the company’s shift from direct-only sales to a strong, scalable channel model. You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to create a durable partner ecosystem that drives consistent growth for both Allure and our partners.

Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner Strategy & Growth: Recruit, onboard, and manage strategic partners (Value-Added Resellers, Managed Security Service Providers, and Global System Integrators) and build joint business plans to drive pipeline, revenue, and long-term partner success.
  • Partner Program Development: Design, launch, and operate partner programs—including deal registration, certifications, training, and incentive structures—while owning the ongoing evolution of partner enablement and program effectiveness.
  • Revenue & Pipeline Ownership: Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline to meet quarterly and annual targets, accurately track performance, forecast, and hold partners accountable to growth plans.
  • Relationship Management: Build executive-level relationships within partner organizations and act as a trusted advocate to ensure Allure is prioritized within partner portfolios.
  • Enablement & Marketing Collaboration: Support partner marketing efforts, MDF execution, and sales enablement initiatives to ensure partners are equipped to effectively position, sell, and deliver Allure solutions.
  • Internal Alignment: Work closely with Direct Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to proactively manage and resolve channel conflict while maintaining a strong partner-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Strong existing relationships across national and regional MSSP and VAR cybersecurity ecosystems
  • At least 6+ years of experience in channel sales or technology sales with a history of exceeding revenue targets.
  • Proven experience building and scaling successful partner programs
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit, onboard, and activate high-performing partners
  • Strong sales and business development background with a track record of revenue growth
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-moving, early-stage, high-growth environment
  • Creative problem solver with the ability to adapt and execute quickly
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Prior success in a similar role within cybersecurity or enterprise technology
