We are looking for a creative and skilled UI/UX Designer to join our team! As a UI/UX Designer, you will play a key role in shaping and improving the user experience and interface of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, software developers, and graphic designers, to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly designs.

Responsibilities

• Create creative and functional design solutions to enhance user experience and user interface.
• Develop user interface designs that align with customer needs and project requirements.
• Communicate design ideas through prototypes, wireframes, and mockups.
• Continuously improve designs through user testing and feedback.
• Effectively collaborate and communicate with the development team, guiding projects to success.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices, integrating them into projects.

Requirements

• Minimum 2.5 years UX research experience
• Creative Portfolio
• Proficient in using design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Experience with both qualitative and quantitative research methods in a user-centered design scope
• Experience with scrum methodology and Jira
• Able to understand and speak English 
• Quick learner, critical thinker
• Be open minded to innovation, including the possibility of new features and enhancements
