Chipbrain is an easy-to-use call analyzer that integrates with zoom, hubspot, ringcentral, and more. Our product uses emotionally intelligent ai to find good and bad customer interactions in your sales and customer service calls. We do this by analyzing how the customer responds to what your rep says. Use chipbrain in 1:1 meetings with reps to quickly surface their best and worst moments of the week. Use chipbrain to find out: - what the most effective pitches and responses are from your best reps - what questions, complaints, and objections from customers your reps have trouble handling - who your best reps are, and which reps have the most trouble in their calls chipbrain was founded in 2020 by harvard/mit graduates specialized in ai and machine learning. We spent the past 2 years building and refining our proprietary machine learning models that detect emotion specifically in customer conversations.
