This role is based out of our corporate office in Boston. We are a flexible hybrid work environment with 1 to 3 days a week in the office.

About The Role

As a Senior Data Analyst at Labviva, you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

How You Will Contribute

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau to provide actionable insights.
  • Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in the development and execution of business processes and workflows.
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through presentations and reports.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting and analysis activities.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth.

What You Bring To The Team

  • Bachelor's degree in an analytical or quantitative field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role or similar position.
  • Proficiency in SQL is required. Python, or other data analysis tools is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and reporting.
  • Experience working with financial data is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Familiarity with the life sciences industry and procurement processes is highly desirable.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically and strategically.
