Job Summary

Planful for Marketing (PFM) is looking for an individual with a strong passion to work with marketing teams to help onboard them to the Planful for Marketing platform. Reporting to the Director of Delivery Services, you will work on implementation projects, working closely with customers. The successful candidate must work well in a team environment while being a resourceful, independent, self-starter that is able to work effectively with minimal direction. You will take ownership of the application configuration, testing, training and knowledge transfer for the customer.

Responsibilities

• Implement Planful for Marketing platform for new customers
• Advise and translate existing client marketing processes to Planful for Marketing software solution and provide best practices
• Adhere to and help develop the Planful for Marketing implementation methodology
• Lead customer and partner knowledge transfer and training sessions
• Drive project and Services team metrics and margins

Skills and Minimum Experience

• Prior implementation or project management experience required, preferably within the SaaS/Fintech industry
• Proficiency working in Excel
• Experience working with Salesforce preferred
• Experience working with Netsuite preferred
• Basic understanding of financial/accounting concepts
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to overcome personnel and product hurdles in projects
• Ability to command a strong presence & be consultative
• Ability to articulate and sell stakeholders on the value of the tool
• Proven ability to ramp on new products in a start-up environment
• Ability to adapt to diverse project teams
• Ability to interact with senior level executives and sales executives
• Prior experience working with marketing teams and marketing executives preferred

Pay Transparency Statement
