About the Role

Planful is seeking a Field Marketing Manager, Inside Sales to develop and execute marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue growth in the North American market. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Field and Partner Marketing, the successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing all aspects of field marketing programs, including account-based marketing (ABM), digital marketing, webinars, and regional events. The Field Marketing Manager will collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that engage prospects and customers, generate leads, and drive revenue.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute targeted field marketing campaigns that support sales goals
  • Collaborate with sales on weekly meetings to ensure alignment between marketing and sales.
  • Track and report on the success of field marketing campaigns, including lead generation, pipeline influence, and revenue impact.
  • Work closely with the marketing operations team to measure and optimize marketing campaigns, including developing KPIs, tracking results, and reporting on ROI.
  • Manage and coordinate logistics for regional events, including venue selection, catering, AV, and vendor management.
  • Develop and manage field marketing budgets, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently.
  • Provide guidance and support to sales teams on field marketing activities and tactics.

What you Bring to the Table

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing with preferred experience in field marketing
  • Experience managing and executing successful event and field marketing programs
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Excellent organizational and logistical skills, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Guide and provide mentorship opportunities to the field team.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on the success of marketing programs.
  • Experience working with enterprise software or SaaS companies is a plus.

Pay Transparency Statement
