Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated Revenue Operations Intern to help manage and optimize our sales technology and data processes. You will build workflows that turn raw information into actionable leads, support outreach campaigns, and track engagement metrics to accelerate meetings and pipeline growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain sales and revenue operations tools
• Build and optimize automated workflows for lead enrichment, account scoring, and outreach
• Import, clean, and enrich target account and contact data
• Monitor outreach campaigns and sequences, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness
• Track KPIs such as engagement, reply rates, meeting conversions, and pipeline health
• Maintain data hygiene and monitor automation processes
• Document best practices and SOPs for revenue operations and data management
• Prioritize high-intent leads for outreach and update systems in real-time

Requirements:

• Recent graduate or current student in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
• Strong interest in revenue operations, sales operations, or data-driven processes
• Comfortable learning and using SaaS tools quickly
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred:

• Prior experience with CRM, automation, or data enrichment tools
• Interest in data-driven sales processes
