The Vice President of Marketing will own and scale all marketing functions at Realm.Security Inc. Reporting to the Founder & CEO, this leader will be instrumental in defining the company’s brand and narrative, while building a world-class demand engine and marketing organization. The role is central to shaping go to market strategy, driving growth, and positioning Realm Security as the leader in the Security Data Pipeline market.
Core Responsibilities:

  • Scale and optimize all marketing functions across demand generation, product marketing & corporate marketing.
  • Develop a marketing strategy aligned to company growth objectives, pipeline targets, category positioning.
  • Establish cross functional alignment with key partners across the company on goals, challenges and expectations.
  • Partner with leadership to shape company narrative, storytelling, go-to-market strategy, and long-term brand vision.

Team Leadership & Functional Ownership:

Demand Generation & Marketing Operations

  • Scale and optimize programs across inbound, outbound, ABM, digital, field/events, and partner channels.
  • Build predictable, repeatable programs focused on enterprise customer acquisition.
  • Partner with Sales on cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Own performance tracking, reporting, lead scoring, and retargeting.

Product Marketing

  • Refine messaging, value propositions, and audience segmentation.
  • Define and defend positioning and narrative within the security data pipeline market.
  • Enable Sales with compelling, buyer-relevant messaging and collateral.

Corporate Marketing (Brand & Communications)

  • Build and elevate Realm Security’s brand, storytelling, and market presence.
  • Own content strategy across blog thought leadership, customer stories, and executive communications.
  • Manage digital presence across website, social, and paid channels.
  • Drive awareness and support launches through integrated PR, AR, and campaign efforts.

Metrics for Success:

  • Delivery of marketing-sourced and influenced ARR targets.
  • Optimization of funnel conversion rates and sales velocity.
  • Measurable growth in brand awareness and analyst recognition.
