**About the Role**
This internship provides an opportunity to gain firsthand experience in the logistics and AI technology space. As a General Intern, you’ll work across teams to support data-driven projects, contribute to operational improvements, and assist with day-to-day initiatives that help Ship Angel scale its global platform.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Support the operations and product teams in data collection, organization, and reporting.
- Assist with market and customer research to identify trends and potential partnerships.
- Help document workflows and optimize internal processes for efficiency.
- Contribute to marketing, product, or customer engagement initiatives as needed.
- Participate in team meetings, providing insights and feedback on active projects.

**What We’re Looking For**
Ship Angel values interns who are coachable, organized, and eager to learn. Candidates should bring curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to take ownership of their work. Strong communication skills, adaptability, and an analytical mindset are essential to thrive in this fast-paced, collaborative environment.

**Bonus Skills**
Interest in logistics, AI, or SaaS operations.
Basic experience with spreadsheets, CRM tools, or data visualization.
Prior exposure to startup or tech-driven environments.
