About the role:

Reprise’s product experience platform was designed to save time and valuable resources by giving software Go-To-Market teams a secure and repeatable product demo environment.


As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will ensure that Reprise’s most strategic customers succeed in their deployment of Reprise from the sales process through implementation while leveraging your experience to drive organizational excellence. Using your strong communication skills and technical expertise, you will design and build solutions that inspire our customers and lay the foundation for even larger deployments.

In this role, you will report directly to the Senior Director of Field Engineering. You will work closely with Customer Support Experts, Customer Success Managers, and other teams to ensure the delivery of the highest quality go-to-market demo assets.

What you’ll do:

  • Leverage your technical and product expertise to be the subject matter expert on calls with customers
  • Advise customers on use-case patterns through discovery and requirements sessions
  • Build customer assets to enable customers to achieve value more quickly
  • Execute Proofs of Concept and Pilots to inspire and validate our customers’ technical requirements
  • Communicate customer feedback into actionable product roadmap items
  • Provide mentorship and peer review to elevate the organization
  • Deliver enablement sessions with customers to enable their success
  • Evangelize Reprise technology through blogs, meetups, interviews

Qualifications:

  • 5-10+ years of experience in SaaS software sales, consulting, or a similar customer-centric environment
  • Expert web development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, web services)
  • Deep understanding of web application design and operations
  • Demonstrated problem solving and analytical skills
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills and experience
  • Experience in Solution Architecture/Engineering as a field of practice (an ability to listen to customer requirements, whiteboard and propose solution architectures, and be hands-on with the tech) to design, build, and demonstrate real business value
  • Dedication to teamwork, and getting things done together
  • Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments - we are an early stage startup
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
