Solutions Architect

About The Role

The Solutions Architect builds confidence and accelerates time-to-value by delivering seamless technical engagements throughout the customer journey, from initial Proof of Concept to full implementation.

In this role, you will report directly to the Director of Professional Services. You will work closely with Solutions Engineers, Customer Support experts, Customer Success Managers, Product, Engineering, and other teams to ensure the delivery of the highest quality go-to-market demo assets.

Please Note: You must include a valid LinkedIn profile URL to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver custom demo environments and POC builds that inspire and validate prospects’ technical requirements.

  • Navigate Authentication and other complexities related to capturing and rendering Reprise Customers’ web applications.

  • Help develop AI product solutions and other automations that enable us to increase velocity.

  • Communicate customer requirements and feedback into actionable product roadmap items.

  • Establish and maintain a demo asset library and shared resources for cross-team enablement.

  • Draft and share detailed technical statements of work and activity reports with customers, product, and leadership, highlighting outcomes, learnings, and blockers.

Required Skills

  • Experience - 2-5+ years of demonstrated success in a relevant technical role.

  • Technical Acumen

    • Strong web development skills (HTML, CSS, Javascript, web requests).

    • Ability to investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues in running web applications, including a solid understanding of browser and network behaviors, web request/response cycles, headers, cookies, authentication mechanisms (e.g., OAuth, JWT), browser storage (localStorage, sessionStorage, cookies), and frontend/backend interaction patterns.

    • Proficiency in using browser developer tools (Chrome DevTools or equivalent).

  • Education and Training Skills - Ability to teach complex concepts simply and concisely, tailoring messages to the audience, and instilling confidence while providing direction.

  • Adaptability - Ability to adapt to new and dynamic environments—we are a startup.

  • Continuous Improvement Mindset - Things are constantly changing, and the goal is for them to change for the better. If something is not working, fix it. If it can't be fixed, tell someone who can.

  • Understanding of our target customer - We sell to sales and marketing teams at enterprise software companies. Empathy for these teams and a strong grasp of our value proposition are essential.

  • Bias for action - When faced with a challenge, the instinct is to act rather than analyze until all uncertainty is removed.

  • Please Note: You must include a valid LinkedIn profile URL to be considered for this role.
