Mission: Own technical onboarding and implementation of Replicate & Data Studio, partnering directly with customers and engineering to create breakthrough demo experiences. You'll architect what world-class technical delivery looks like at Reprise from the ground up and set the bar for our customer experience.

About the Product:

Replicate clones the behavior of our customer's app through web requests and javascript, creating a high-fidelity demo environment that's easy to maintain and behaves identically to the production app.

Data Studio injects custom data sets into a Replicate environment, dynamically personalizing the demo with changing charts, tables and other information to make it hyper compelling.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the central orchestrator between customers and our internal teams: translating customer needs into technical requirements and coordinating delivery across engineering, product, and customer success. This role is perfect for someone who thrives at the intersection of technical execution and strategic partnership - you'll be equally comfortable debugging javascript and advising a VP of Sales on their demo strategy.

Day-to-Day:

  • Partner with customers to scope and define demo requirements

  • Manage our Solution Architect (JS engineer) to build technical components

  • Manage multiple concurrent implementations across enterprise customers

  • Guide customers in crafting world-class demo experiences using Replicate's capabilities

  • Coordinate across Customer Success Managers, Account Executives, Product, and Engineering to ensure smooth delivery

Strategic Impact:

  • Serve as the direct feedback loop to shape our product roadmap based on customer implementations

  • Discover patterns and build the playbook of delivery from the ground up

What You Bring:

  • Experience in technical customer-facing role (Solutions Engineer, Implementation Engineer, Technical PM, or similar)

  • Project management skills with ability to lead without formal authority

  • Javascript and web application infrastructure knowledge—although this is not a hands-on-keyboard role, you should be comfortable reading code, reviewing technical documentation, and troubleshooting issues

  • Proven ability to build trust with both technical practitioners and business stakeholders

  • Proactive problem-solver who identifies issues early and develops creative solutions

  • You understand how to balance technical precision with business outcomes

  • Bonus: Experience working on software for GTM teams, demo platforms, or sales enablement tools
